Payment & Refund

Payments for Nigher Bitters Atelier services are collected according to the quote confirmed before work begins on nigher-bitters.buzz.

• Accepted methods are confirmed by email from studio@this site and may include card or local transfer depending on Romania norms.
• Details here apply to payment work only — ask at the counter if your job spans more than one track at Nigher Bitters Atelier (this site).
• Deposits for custom work are non-refundable once materials are ordered, unless we cancel the booking.

If we must cancel, prepaid fees for unfinished work are refunded within fourteen business days.

Workshop seats can be transferred once with forty-eight hours notice; no-shows forfeit the seat fee.

• Refund requests should include booking date, service name, and contact details used on this site.
• Charge disputes should first contact studio@this site so we can reconcile invoices against studio logs.
• Prices shown in conversation are in local currency for Cluj-Napoca unless otherwise stated.

If you only need a quick residential check, say so during payment and we keep Romania holiday closures noted on the door card. City regulars know the door note is current Desk near Strada Memorandumului 112.
